Description:

White Reef Sand MBreda© is a pearly white substrate based on limestone sand and resins. It goes through a special granule selection process, in which the noblest material is separated to be used.

In the cleaning preparation, an exclusive protection is applied that avoids the clouding of the water in the assembly; improving the quality, aesthetics and practicality of use.

Developed for use in marine aquariums, where crystal clear water is ideal for fish, corals and invertebrates.

During assembly it is possible that some granules float due to the oxygen trapped on their surface, this fact occurs due to the static generated in the manufacture. There may be a little dust on the water surface after assembly. To avoid, it can be rinsed before use, however, it is not necessary.

Free of nitrates, phosphates and silicates.

Aquariums set up with White Reef Sand MBreda have a significant reduction in algae incidences.

This is a very white substrate and, with the light of the marine aquarium, it looks fantastic!

How to calculate amount:

White Reef Sand have density = 1.66

Calculation example:

Aquarium with 100x40 base

100 x 40 x desired substrate height x density (1.66) = result divided by 1000

100 x 40 x 4 x 1.66 / 1,000 = 26.56 kg

Result: 26.56 kg (A 25 kg bucket would be enough)
