MPetec is a product for freshwater aquariums, effective in controlling Petecas algae, also known as Black Brush Algae (BBA).

The complete treatment with the correct use of this product will favor the reduction of the outbreaks and the proliferation of the Petecas algae, being able to eliminate them in up to 99% of the cases.

Check the species of algae in your aquarium before purchasing this product, it was effective with application on algae of the Audouinella Family and Compsopogon, with black color and long strands.

The product had excellent results in most cases, but remember, there are more resistant variations of this type of algae, especially short-haired shuttlecocks, in this specific case the product may not have the expected result and will not eliminate this type of algae.

Before use, read the package insert carefully! It is important to follow the recommended dosage, the product is only safe and effective if the indications on this label are respected.

Pack of 120 ml makes the treatment in an aquarium of up to 200 liters for a period of 21 days.

How to use:

Use the dosing syringe that comes with the product.

1st day: Add 1 ml for every 20 liters of aquarium water.

2nd to 21st day: Add 1 ml daily for every 40 liters of aquarium water.

Continue maintenance as a weekly water change normally, the dosage will remain the same daily. Treatment can be extended in cases of large algae infestations.

This product works best if used at night, after turning off the aquarium lights, or at the end of the daily lighting period.

Important: Never increase the dosage indicated, as it can be harmful to fish and even cause fatal damage to the most sensitive species.

Avoid using in aquariums that contain invertebrates.

This product is not suitable for saltwater aquariums.

Some varieties of Peteca seaweed may not be affected by the MPetec treatment.

Use algaecides only in cases of uncontrolled algae. Natural methods of control will always be safer for the system.
